Outstanding dealership service. Diagnosed and fixed the issue that caused me to bring it in. They also found a couple of issues and fixed those. This was after several trips to another larger Mopar dealership in Jacksonville that was unable to figure it out. I don't recommend the other larger dealership in Jacksonville. The service advisors and mechanics here are far better than most dealerships I have been to. It's a real shop. I didn't see a coffee bar, and the service advisors work in the garage where the mechanics are, but at the end of the day, I didn't take two days off work and travel 30 miles four times for a coffee and a conversation with someone who wasn't able to fix my car. These folks are the real deal. Thanks DARCARS.
