I contacted the office prior to our visit and spoke to Salesperson Nicholas Sopenasky to set up the appointment. Nick was a great personality to deal with, and we enjoyed our pleasant interactions with him. He's made for a career in customer service, and flat out "knows how to talk to people", as the saying goes. I was not looking forward to the haggling process but Nick and the staff alleviated that concern pretty quickly by being straightforward, and efficient. Whenever Nick had to step away, at least 1 person would check on us and make sure we weren't upset customers who had been ignored; I thought this was a sign of a quality-managed dealership, because I have been in offices before where it seemed like the staff didn't even acknowledge your presence. Overall I had a very good experience there and would recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!"
